Luxury Yacht Charter Manager – Ayia Napa

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated lady for manager or stewardness for a Private Yacht Charter company in Ayia Napa. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with a passion for luxury tourism, client service, and high-end experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of private yacht charters

• Coordinate and manage crew duties to ensure exceptional service standards

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, and VIP clients

• Organize bespoke trips and luxury experiences tailored to client needs

• Handle hotel bookings and guest arrangements

• Lead public relations efforts to promote the brand and expand partnerships

• Maximize bookings and drive revenue growth for yacht charters

Requirements:

• Experience in luxury tourism, hospitality, or yacht charter management

• Strong network within hotels, travel agencies, or tourism sector 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage teams and deliver high-end client experiences

• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on increasing bookings

• Fluency English/ Russian preferred
