Warehouse Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Our client one of the largest retail hypermarket chains in Cyprus, with an expansive network of stores across the island, is seeking to employ a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee their warehouse located in Limassol. This is a critical leadership role ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and the on-time delivery of products to all stores.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective dispatch and distribution of goods to all stores.
• Manage warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the purchasing, logistics, and store operations teams.
• Implement best practices in warehouse safety, cleanliness, and productivity.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Position’s Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
• Proven experience in leading multi-site warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Fluency in Greek and English is required.
