Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Warehouse & Digital Operations Assistant.

Job Role

The Warehouse & Digital Operations Assistant will assist in warehouse & digital operations of KULT Boutiques.

The successful candidate will be based in KULT Boutiques Warehouse which also has a very friendly office space.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Processing online orders
• Ensuring all orders are handled accurately and on time
• Monitoring stock levels both on the online platform and in our internal system
• Coordinating with all stores to ensure merchandise arrival and transfers
• Uploading product photos to the website
• Assisting in photoshoots and campaign preparations
• Supporting the Warehouse Officer during peak periods of new arrivals

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or stock management is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills and confidence working with digital platforms
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods
