Waiter / Waitress at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Waiter / Waitress.

Salary:

• €1,300–€1,680 per month

Employment type:

• Full-time.

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Limassol.

Main duties:

• Deliver service in line with the workplace’s established steps and standards and explain the dining concept to guests.
• Maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage products and answer guest questions accurately.
• Recommend signature dishes and keep assigned tables clean and organised.
• Create a high-quality guest experience through professional and personable service.
• Handle complaints positively and escalate matters to a supervisor when required.

Requirements:

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of hospitality or food-and-beverage experience.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

Schedule:

• Two days off per week.
• Shift work may include Sundays, split shifts, nights and public holidays.
