We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Training Manager who will support the ongoing development of frontline teams within the Business Development function. The role is focused on enhancing product knowledge, strengthening understanding of the FX market, and improving service quality, while ensuring that all training initiatives are delivered in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong training and coaching capabilities, combined with hands-on knowledge of CFD, Forex, futures, options, equities, cryptocurrency trading, and financial markets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training for Client Services and commercial teams.
  • Conduct product and platform training covering FX/CFDs, ETDs, MT4/MT5, TradingView, and internal platforms
  • Design and implement L&D programs, including refresher training and continuous upskilling initiatives
  • Develop and maintain training materials and manage the LMS (content updates, user access, tracking, reporting)
  • Provide coaching and performance support in collaboration with Team Leads, QA, and Compliance
  • Ensure training content aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements (CySEC, AML, client communications)
  • Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs and prepare reports and recommendations for management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, L&D, coaching, or a related role related to FX
  • Experience in Forex, CFDs, FinTech, financial services, or trading environment is required
  • Solid understanding of the financial markets and trading behavior
  • Experience in delivering staff training, coaching sessions, and knowledge-development initiative
