Telesales Representative at GAP VASSILOPOULOS GROUP

GAP Vassilopoulos Group is currently seeking to recruit a Telesales Representative to be based at our Head Office in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about the company’s services

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by handling inquiries and providing solutions

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

• Update and maintain information in the CRM database

• Meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fluent in Greek and English

• Hands-on experience with CRM software is considered an advantage

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus

• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
