Techno-Functional Business Consultant at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Techno-Functional Business Consultant.

Salary:

– €2,700–3,000 per month.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– Hybrid role based in Nicosia.

Main duties:

– Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations for hospitality clients.

– Facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, map processes and convert needs into functional specifications and proofs of concept.

– Present solution designs and project deliverables for stakeholder review and sign-off.

– Configure Dynamics 365 and integrate third-party tools using established frameworks and procedures.

– Coordinate small and medium engagements, reporting progress and raising delivery risks.

– Guide developers with clear requirements, conduct functional testing and prepare training, testing and onboarding plans.

– Use approved AI assistants to improve consulting output while applying professional review, confidentiality and data-protection controls.

Requirements:

– Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or an equivalent discipline.

– Dynamics 365 implementation or support experience in a techno-functional role is highly valued.

– Hands-on use of AI assistants in consulting, delivery or business analysis, with effective prompting and output verification.

– Strong business-analysis, requirements-gathering, documentation and presentation skills.

– Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders and manage tasks across several client projects.

– Hospitality-operations knowledge, Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification, AI-agent or workflow experience, and Greek and English are advantages.
