Main duties:

• Supervise electrical, mechanical, HVAC and general maintenance work.
• Carry out routine repairs and coordinate technical priorities.
• Maintain alarms, plumbing and heating systems to the required standards.

Requirements:

• Two to three years in a similar role, preferably in a five-star environment.
• Secondary education; HVAC certification is an advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge of building and technical systems.
