Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Technician Supervisor to oversee and perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, from electrical and mechanical work to HVAC systems and general repairs. The right candidate will ensure that all facilities meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain building systems in line with safety and health standards.

• Perform electrical repairs and replacements (sockets, panels, breakers).

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of ventilation, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.

• Maintain heating and plumbing systems for optimal functionality.

• Inspect and schedule repairs for alarm and fire protection systems.

• Carry out general maintenance and manual repairs when required.

• Support the Maintenance Manager with ad-hoc technical duties.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star environment.

• Diploma or Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance, or related technical field (advantage).

• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable, proactive, and committed to high-quality standards.
