Technician Supervisor at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Technician Supervisor.

Salary:

– €1,700–€1,900 per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site at a hotel in Paphos

Main duties:

– Inspect buildings and repair mechanical systems in line with health-and-safety standards.

– Maintain electrical systems, including sockets and circuit-breaker panels.

– Support ventilation and refrigeration installations and complete repairs when needed.

– Maintain heating and plumbing systems and inspect alarm systems.

– Complete general repairs and support the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:

– Two to three years of experience in a similar role at a five-star property.

– High-school diploma or equivalent.

– Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical and building systems.

– Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

– HVAC or building-maintenance certification is advantageous.
