Technician at Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is currently recruiting for the position of Technician at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Larnaca.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to and attend guest maintenance and repair requests.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Understand, operate, and maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to provide information and assistance.
• Maintain the confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations.
• Ensure the security of guest room access and hotel property.
• Read and interpret test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.
• Carry out maintenance tasks in guest rooms, including:
• Unclogging drains and toilets
• Repairing hardware and fixtures
• Maintaining electrical equipment, including lighting
• Servicing air-conditioning units, HVAC systems, and air ducts

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good command of both Greek and English.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
