Technician at Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is now recruiting for the position of Technician at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Larnaca.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest repair requests
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and boiler systems
• Carry out guest room maintenance, such as plunging toilets, unclogging drains and repairing hardware, electrical equipment (including lamps), air conditioners/HVAC units and AC ducts
• Read and understand test equipment, measuring devices and safety manuals
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues to understand their needs and provide information and assistance
• Maintain the confidentiality of guest and hotel information
• Ensure the security of guest room access and hotel property

Requirements

• Previous experience in the same or a similar role
• Very good command of Greek and English
