The responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist are the following: Provide technical support to the service network and service technicians in the field Manage and control warranty claims Assist the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock Conduct technical training sessions for service center technicians Periodically visit service centers to check and improve quality levels based on defined performance indicators and required standards Report technical and quality issues to headquarters Manage local spare parts replenishment and inventory Collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
