The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for: Provide expert technical support (remote & on-site) for industrial equipment, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and operation, ensuring proper functionality Generate detailed technical reports and maintain service records for all support activities Manage spare parts identification, ordering, and inventory tracking for equipment repairs Travel to customer sites for hands-on support, repairs, and to maintain strong customer relationships
