Technical Director at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Technical Director.

Salary:

– €2,000–2,500 per month, negotiable by licence class and experience.

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent, mid-level role.

Work arrangement:

– Hybrid role based in Limassol, including site supervision.

Main duties:

– Act as Technical Director before the Contractors’ Council.

– Supervise drywall, suspended-ceiling, soundproofing and renovation sites.

– Hold technical responsibility for quality and regulatory compliance.

– Liaise with authorities, clients’ technical teams and the Council.

– Mentor site foremen.

Requirements:

– Personal registration in the Contractors’ Register for building works, minimum Class E; Class D or higher is welcome.

– Valid annual licence with no pending disciplinary matters.

– Availability for statutory full-time permanent employment; the personal annual licence is suspended while serving as Technical Director.

– Fluent Greek and practical site-supervision experience.

– Leadership, team-management and negotiation skills; CAD knowledge is relevant.
