Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Technical Account Manager Senior.

Salary:

– €25,000–35,710 per year.

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent, senior-level role.

Work arrangement:

– Hybrid in Nicosia, combining office and home working.

Main duties:

– Serve as the principal technical contact for assigned clients.

– Build trusted relationships and clarify strategic, business and technical needs.

– Gather preliminary requirements before projects begin and explain system capabilities and constraints.

– Coordinate delivery, product and sales teams and support account-growth opportunities.

Requirements:

– Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

– Minimum five years in technical account management, payments, software, IT or another client-facing technology role.

– Ability to translate needs into clear technical requirements.

– Strong communication, relationship management, analysis and independent prioritisation.

– Payments, international accounts, advanced Excel and client-site travel are advantageous.
