Teacher Assistant at Montessori Training Centre & Child’s Workshop Kindergarten

In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Lead Teachers in the 2-3 year old workshop. All classrooms include indoor-outdoor work-space. In your position as Assistant your role will be communicating closely with the Lead Teacher and management on the Montessori / EYFS environment and insight into teach child’s individual progress.

Responsibilities

·       Following duties and directives as given by the Lead Teacher

·       Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants in his/her care

·       Give bottles to infants as provided by parents

·       Feed infants’ solid food as age appropriate and provided by parents

·       Change diapers as needed

·       Soothe infants by singing to and cuddling them

·       Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age-appropriate toys

·       Put infants in cribs for nap time

·       Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean

Hours of Work Monday to Friday 09.30 – 17.30
