Talent Acquisition Researcher at Volka Games

We are looking for a passionate Researcher to join our product team working on ‘Taonga: the Island Farm’ game!

RESPONSIBILITIE

• SReviewing applications and supporting candidates through the whole recruitment proces
• sSourcing candidates through job boards, social media, professional communities, and messenger
• sScreening resumes and questionnaire
• sClosely collaborating with recruiters across all sourcing areas

.REQUIREMENT

• SPassion for game
• sOverall recruitment experience of at least 1 yea
• rExperience with ATS and different kinds of sourcing channel
• sEnglish language proficiency at level B2 or higher
