We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities

 

  • Partnering with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention and succession planning.
  • Managing the talent acquisition process, which includes sourcing, recruitment, interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants across the organizational structure
  • Collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Ensuring a quick and smooth recruitment process with set monthly targets, for various projects and locations.
  • Helping with onboarding processes, addressing employee’s questions & concerns.
  • Creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Communicating & Implementing business changes.
  • Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Suggesting and implementing updates to company policies when it comes to the internal recruitment processes.
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR recruitment strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurturing a positive working environment.
  • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources and talent management law.
