Systems Administrator / Support Technician at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Systems Administrator / Support Technician.

Salary:

– €1,500–€2,000 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site and remote client support

Main duties:

– Provide remote and on-site support for hospitality systems.

– Handle enquiries by phone, email and ticketing system and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.

– Carry out maintenance, updates, patches and security checks and coordinate product defects with development teams.

– Support upgrades and migrations, document solutions and maintain user guides and knowledge-base content.

– Train users and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

– Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

– Two to three years of technical-support experience, preferably in hospitality or technology.

– Strong troubleshooting, remote-support and ticketing-system skills.

– Customer-service focus, clear communication, accountability and ability to work independently and in a team.

– Availability for occasional travel.
