Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision and consistency
  • Ensure high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety (HACCP)
  • Manage daily mise en place and stock levels
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor product freshness and minimize waste

 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi techniques
  • Attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a professional attitude
  • Good knowledge of English (Greek is a plus)
