Adecco is currently on behalf of Roche Diagnostics, a multinational company in the healthcare and diagnostics sector, for a professional to cover the following position: Supply Chain Administrator Job Description • Prepares and dispatches orders for spare parts and consumables to international suppliers • Monitors spare parts orders and liaises with suppliers to ensure timely processing and delivery • Prepares delivery notes following the issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and manages trunk stock for technicians at the Thessaloniki branch • Supports ad-hoc activities related to Supply Chain and Customer Operations • Acts as a point of contact for customers through the company’s call center • Accurately communicates customer inquiries and requirements to colleagues in the Order Department, Tenders Department, or to technical specialists • Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of spare parts, ensuring accurate receiving, inspection, and organized storage • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure the timely delivery of parts for urgent repairs and scheduled maintenance • Monitors part availability and stock accuracy through continuous management of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) • Ensures that warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company quality processes and healthcare industry standards
