Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and support the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment
Prepare weekly shift plans for our baristas and ensure smooth daily operations
Monitor stock levels, place supply orders when needed, and ensure all equipment and materials are fully operational and well maintained
Serve as the key liaison between the store and various departments, to ensure all needs and procedures are met
Coordinate and support on-campus events hosted in our location (from inquiries to execution)
Uphold high standards of customer service-jumping in when needed to resolve issues and respond to feedback

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years experience in a Supervisory or Management role within the F&B or Hospitality sector
Fuent in both Greek and English language
Top-notch customer service and a genuine good vibe
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
