Store Manager — Limassol at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Store Manager.

Salary:

– €1,700–2,520 monthly in total potential compensation.

– The stated base is €1,700–1,850 gross monthly, with a performance bonus of up to €670 monthly.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– On-site in a sports-fashion retail store.

Main duties:

– Lead all day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with procedures.

– Deliver high customer satisfaction, handle enquiries and resolve complaints.

– Build client relationships and support customer-loyalty initiatives.

– Recruit, train, coach and motivate the store team and support career progression.

– Run regular training and ensure completion of the internal learning programme.

– Maintain a safe, healthy and hazard-free workplace.

– Monitor productivity and KPIs and analyse reports to guide sales decisions.

– Plan staffing and resources to optimise schedules.

– Coordinate with marketing, visual-merchandising and commercial teams.

– Ensure new and promoted products, mannequins, displays and windows follow visual-merchandising guidance.

Requirements:

– University degree or equivalent qualification.

– At least 2 years managing a standalone retail store or department-store floor.

– Excellent English and computer skills.

– Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

– Numerical and analytical ability to monitor KPIs.

– Microsoft Office proficiency.

– Leadership, business orientation and a motivating communication style.

– Customer-service focus and knowledge of core business-management processes.

– Passion for sports and fashion and willingness to learn.
