A well-established organization in the food & beverage sector is seeking a Store Manager to join its team in Nicosia

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the store and team.
• Manage, motivate, and train staff members.
• Prepare and publish weekly staff schedules.
• Oversee orders and stock management of raw materials.
• Monitor cash flow, deposits, and compliance with financial procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards (HACCP).
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive personality.
• Fluency in Greek & English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexibility and availability to work in demanding schedules.
