Store Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Store Manager.

Salary:

– €1,800–€2,100 monthly

Employment type:

– Full-time employment

Work arrangement:

– On-site quick-service restaurant work in Limassol

Main duties:

– Manage daily store operations and deliver sales, profitability and service targets.

– Support annual budgeting and business planning and monitor income, expenses, stock and wastage.

– Manage equipment, cash handling, administration and staffing levels.

– Lead, train and assess employees and maintain strong team communication.

– Ensure compliance with food-safety, employment and health-and-safety requirements.

Requirements:

– Previous store-management or supervisory experience; strong assistant managers will also be considered.

– Strong leadership, work ethic and communication.

– Willingness to perform all store duties, including food preparation and cleaning when required.

– Ability to motivate a team and maintain excellent customer service.

Schedule:

– The role is based on a 48-hour working week.
