Advice and recommend tailored treatment for our guests.
Keep harmony in the guest’s sense of the arrival in the reception area.
Booking: Manage appointment bookings and prepare guest schedules.
Ensure the treatments are correctly scheduled and booked at a suitable time.
Spa Therapist – Tailored experience: Provide a warm and elegant welcome to our guests demonstrating a high level of guest service and satisfaction.
Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatment, massages, facials) in accordance with brand standards.
Maintain a sense of harmony in the treatment room from the guest’s arrival onward.
