Sous Chef at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Sous Chef.

Salary:

– €1,600–€2,000 monthly

Employment type:

– Full-time employment

Work arrangement:

– On-site kitchen work in Nicosia

Main duties:

– Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and step in when required.

– Supervise kitchen staff and maintain efficient food preparation and presentation.

– Maintain high hygiene, cleanliness and food-safety standards.

– Assist with menu planning, inventory and supplier coordination.

– Train junior staff and ensure consistent, high-quality dishes.

Requirements:

– At least two years of experience as a Sous Chef or in another senior kitchen role.

– Formal culinary training or equivalent practical experience.

– Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and/or contemporary cuisine.

– Leadership, communication and organisation.

– Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with creativity and attention to detail.
