What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a Solution Architect to help drive the evolution and modernization of our core technology platforms. The role will focus on strengthening the architecture of our ecosystem, addressing challenges related to legacy systems, monolithic applications, integrations, identity management, and system scalability. The Solution Architect will work closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Product teams, Cloud teams, and Security teams to ensure our systems evolve toward modern, scalable, and secure architectural patterns.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

·        Define and maintain the technical architecture vision across core platforms including Client Area, CRM (Back Office & Salesforce), Websites, Trading Platforms, and internal services.

·        Lead the modernization of legacy systems, supporting the gradual transition from monolithic architectures to modular or service-based systems.

·        Design and define API architecture standards to improve integration between internal systems and external services.

·        Introduce and guide implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture for secure authentication, authorization, and user management.

·        Support the selection of modern and scalable technology stacks, frameworks, and integration approaches.

·        Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to review solution designs and ensure alignment with architectural standards.

·        Provide guidance on microservices architecture, event-driven design, and system decoupling where appropriate.

·        Identify and address technical debt and architectural risks, proposing structured modernization initiatives.

·        Support the design and implementation of new system integrations and internal services.

·        Work closely with Cloud, Security, and DevOps teams to ensure architecture decisions align with infrastructure and security best practices.

·        Participate in early-stage discussions for new initiatives to assess technical feasibility, system impact, and architecture considerations.

·        Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to engineering teams.

·        Maintain architecture documentation, system diagrams, and technical standards for internal teams.

·        Promote engineering best practices, system resilience, and long-term sustainability across squads.

 

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

·        10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture

·        7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies

·        2+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect or in a similar architectural role

·        Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF

·        Proven experience working with large-scale systems, integrations, and distributed architectures

·        Strong experience in modernizing legacy systems or monolithic platforms.

·        Hands-on experience designing API architectures and integration patterns.

·        Knowledge of Identity and Access Management frameworks (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, RBAC).

·        Experience with microservices, service-oriented architectures, or event-driven systems.

·        Understanding of cloud-based architectures and modern infrastructure practices.

·        Experience collaborating across multiple engineering squads and cross-functional teams.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical environments.

·        Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

·        Experience producing architecture documentation and technical design standards.

 

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid Model – 3 days from the office, 2 days from home)
