Main duties:

– Provide first-line support for business software and everyday IT issues.

– Install, configure and support applications, Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.

– Manage support requests and troubleshoot customer and internal-user problems.

– Train customers and help them use the software effectively.

Requirements:

– Qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

– Previous software-support, IT-support or helpdesk experience.

– Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and basic networking.

– Excellent Greek and English and strong troubleshooting skills.

Schedule:

– Stable Monday-to-Friday working hours.
