SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST at ΓΝΩΡΑ ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΟΙ ΕΠΙΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΑΣ

GNORA, a dynamic communications consultancy specialising in Strategic Communications, Public Affairs and Reputation Management, is looking to recruit a Social Media Specialist to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, products, services, target audiences and competitive environments.

·       Develop and implement social media strategies.

·       Manage clients’ social media accounts, monitor engagement and support community management activities.

·       Create, edit and publish engaging content tailored to different audiences and social media channels.

·       Work closely with graphic designers to develop creative and engaging visual content.

·       Plan, coordinate and implement organic and paid social media campaigns.

·       Monitor social media performance, analyse results and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

·       Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform developments and online reputation best practices.

Qualifications / Requirements

·       At least one year of proven experience in Social Media Management, Digital Communications, Online PR or related fields.

·       Excellent command of the English and Greek languages.

·       Strong copywriting, communication and content creation skills.

·       Good understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

·       Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
