Our client, a Marketing Services company, is seeking a Social Media Manager in Limassol (Hybrid).
The Social Media Manager leads and develops our client’s global social media presence with the goal of increasing brand visibility, audience engagement and maintaining a consistent, high-quality presence across all platforms.
The role owns the full social media function, from strategy and planning to execution and performance tracking. Working cross-functionally, the role ensures all social media activity supports wider business and marketing objectives, particularly the promotion of events and products. It also focuses on performance analysis, data-driven optimisation and continuous improvement of content and campaigns.

Resposnibilties
Social Media Strategy & Leadership
Lead and manage the overall social media strategy across Marketing, Events, and Group functions
- Develop clear social media plans that support business and growth objectives
- Ensure all social media activity is aligned with the Group’s brand and messaging
- Act as the main point of contact and expert for all social media matters
Content Planning & Management
Oversee social media calendars across teams and divisions
- Guide content creation to ensure it is engaging, relevant, and high quality
- Provide clear direction and briefs to content, design, and marketing teams
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms
- Support and guide social media planning for events and campaigns
Performance & Reporting
Define and track key performance indicators for social media
- Monitor performance across all platforms and make improvements based on data
- Share regular performance reports with management, including insights and recommendations
- Continuously optimise content and strategy to improve results
Campaign Execution
Plan and manage social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered on time
- Support the promotion of events, products, and brand initiatives
Community Management
Oversee social media inboxes and ensure timely and professional responses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the online community
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage the social media team, providing clear direction and priorities
- Set goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Support, coach, and develop team members to drive performance
- Ensure high-quality output and strong collaboration across teams
Innovation & Trends
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates
- Suggest and test new ideas to improve performance and engagement
- Create content when needed, including quick, real-time content
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience managing multiple brands, business units, or large-scale social media accounts
- Experience delivering social media strategies that drive measurable business results
- Strong background in campaign planning and performance tracking
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in events, exhibitions, or B2B marketing is a plus
- Forex/fintech experience will be consider an advantage
Key Competencies
Proven experience managing social media at a senior level
- Strong ability to build and execute social media strategies
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Good understanding of content creation and visual storytelling
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve performance
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
- Familiarity with social media and analytics tools (e.g. Meta tools, Google Ads)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
