Job: Social Media Manager (part-time)

D.E. Lavoro Agency is seeking a creative, proactive, and highly motivated Social Media Manager  to enhance our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be capable of producing engaging content, managing our online community, and representing our company at events. If you are passionate about social media, branding, and creative communication, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create visually engaging content using Canva Pro and edit videos using Cap Cut.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
• Represent the company professionally at events and networking activities.
• Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns and support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor analytics and propose improvements based on performance insights.
• Approach companies for potential collaborations and partnerships (advantage).
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or similar role.
• Proficient with: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Canva Pro, CapCut.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to represent the company at events.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Team-player with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in business collaborations will be considered an advantage
