We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of an SMM strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Research of the target audience to determine the appropriate tone, content format, and posting schedule.
• Definition of key performance indicators (KPIs): reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions.
• Creation of a monthly content plan.
• Ensuring content aligns with the brand’s visual style and tone of voice.
• Planning content around key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities.
• Publishing posts and cross-posting (where appropriate) across social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok.
• Community management – responding to non-commercial comments, messages, and mentions; forwarding commercial inquiries to the sales team.
• Monitoring performance metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, saves, etc.
• Analyzing audience behavior and trends to optimize the strategy.
• Reporting (Insights/Recommendations).
• Monitoring social media trends and adapting content to global/local trends.
• Proposing new content formats.
• Collaboration with internal teams – E-com Team Lead, DMM, Marketing Team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of current trends, memes, and digital culture.
