Site Engineer / Site Supervisor at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Site Engineer / Site Supervisor.

Salary:

• €2,000–€3,000 monthly

Employment type:

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Limassol and surrounding areas.

Main duties:

• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate site personnel and subcontractors.
• Read architectural, structural and MEP drawings, follow construction sequences and check work against project documents.
• Identify discrepancies, errors and potential delays early, communicate them to the project team and help prevent rework.
• Arrange material orders and deliveries according to project needs.
• Maintain site records, monitor progress and measure completed works.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree.
• Both entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome; comparable site experience is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and documentation.
• Microsoft Office and AutoCAD familiarity are preferred; Microsoft Project knowledge is an additional advantage.
• Organisation, reliability and a responsible approach.
• English is required; Greek and/or Russian are advantageous.
