Job Responsibilities
- Advises customers on suitable products that best meet their needs, explains product features and benefits to customers, and encourages sales
- Schedules and follows up on appointments with customers, building rapport and business relationships during showroom appointments
- Makes positive and compelling presentations of products by demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the product’s features and advantages
- Enters and updates customer data and other useful information in the CRM system
- Contacts industry professionals and provides technical support
- Undertakes all relevant training and refreshes training as relevant to the role
Requirements
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal), as well as negotiation and sales skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team and with other departments
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent command of English and Greek
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Previous sales experience is considered an advantage
