Service Advisor at Dart Recruitment

On behalf of our client, a prestigious automotive company representing one of the world’s most iconic car brands, we are seeking to hire a Service Advisor to join their support team in Nicosia.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to customer service. A strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and aftersales support is essential.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Greek and English
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Technical knowledge of cars is essential
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (will be considered an advantage)
• Familiarity with INCADEA (will be considered an advantage)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and customer-centric mindset

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers at the service reception and providing first-class service
• Scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair
• Coordinating the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop
• Communicating service and repair needs clearly to customers
• Updating clients about their vehicle’s status and pickup times
• Issuing invoices and explaining charges in a professional manner

Benefits

• Competitive gross salary package: €1,400 – €1,700, depending on qualifications and experience

• Monday to Friday working schedule (no weekends):

– Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

– Wednesday & Friday afternoons until 4:00 PM
