The Senior Systems Engineer position is full time and permanent, based in East Attica.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving our core infrastructure and cloud systems: Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments and related infrastructure services.
Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Group Policies, and identity management solutions.
Manage endpoint devices, compliance, and configuration policies through Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, patching, and capacity planning.
Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, endpoint, application, and connectivity issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and system diagrams.
Participate in infrastructure upgrades, cloud adoption initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
