What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Product Owner – WEB, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s website services, ensuring it aligns with business goals and delivers a seamless user experience. You will use data-driven insights, A/B testing, and analytics to optimize performance and collaborate with various teams to drive measurable results.

What We’re Looking For:

Define and execute the website strategy to increase traffic, enhance user engagement, and increase conversions.
Develop and maintain a website roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on impact and feasibility.
Gather and analyze, competition, market trends, customer feedback, and business requirements to define product features and enhancements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams like Marketing, UX/UI designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure website improvements align with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze user behavior and website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, or other tracking software to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize key pages, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
Collaborate with SEO and content teams to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Work with the development team to establish a clear definition of “done” and plan release cycles.
Ensure stakeholders formally approve development deliverables before release to production.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.
Oversee the implementation of tracking, tagging, and analytics tools to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Ensure website compliance with industry regulations, security best practices, and company branding.
Work in an Agile environment, conducting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivering incremental improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Web Product Manager, or Digital Marketing Specialist within a forex, fintech, or financial services company.
Strong understanding of website analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or similar tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with website development processes, CMS platforms, and web technologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
