Senior Manager at Dart Recruitment

On behalf of our client, a well-established indoor playground and family entertainment venue in Larnaca, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing teams, customer service operations, kitchen activities, suppliers, sales, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the venue and ensure smooth business performance

• Lead, motivate, and manage the team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Supervise kitchen operations, maintenance requirements, and operational standards

• Manage supplier relationships, stock levels, and purchasing activities

• Monitor sales performance and contribute to business growth initiatives

• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience

• Maintain operational efficiency, quality standards, and health & safety procedures

• Assist with budgeting, financial monitoring, and cost control

• Identify operational improvements and implement effective solutions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment, leisure, or a similar customer-focused environment

• Strong understanding of operational management, staff supervision, and customer service

• Experience managing suppliers, inventory, and daily business operations

• Financial awareness and ability to monitor costs and business performance

• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable personality

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

• Fluency in Greek and English

• HoReCa education or relevant qualifications will be considered an advantage
