Senior Finance Accountant at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Finance Accountant.

Salary:

– €2,500–2,900 per month.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– Hybrid role in Limassol, with remote work every Wednesday.

Main duties:

– Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes and deliver accurate financial information.

– Prepare and review management accounts, reports, KPIs and performance analysis.

– Serve as a key contact for external auditors.

– Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies.

– Own daily client-money reconciliation and support the annual client-money audit.

– Improve finance processes, controls and reporting frameworks.

– Partner with business stakeholders on commercial decisions, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and long-term planning.

– Contribute to finance transformation, system improvements and strategic projects.

– Mentor junior finance colleagues.

Requirements:

– Newly or partly qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent.

– Audit-firm or professional-services experience.

– Strong accounting and financial-reporting knowledge.

– Advanced Excel, strong analysis and close attention to detail.

– Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-moving environment.

– Good organisation, communication and collaboration.

– Accounting-system experience and an interest in fintech are advantages.

Schedule:

– Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.
