What You’ll Do:

The Senior Dealer is responsible for monitoring and managing trading risk exposure, ensuring compliance with trading limits and risk parameters, and supporting the smooth operation of trading platforms. The role involves active risk monitoring, hedging execution, platform configuration, and close collaboration with Risk, IT, and Management teams.

This role involves rotational shift work, including night shifts, with a Monday entitled day off after each night shift rotation.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Monitor and manage client and firm risk exposure in real time, ensuring adherence to internal trading limits and risk parameters.
• Configure and manage trading accounts using MT4/MT5/cTrader Manager and Administrator.
• Implement and execute hedging strategies as defined by management.
• Perform market analysis and hedge cost analysis.
• Execute client transactions according to best execution policies.
• Monitor market developments across all instruments.
• Manage bridge and liquidity configurations (OneZero).
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot trading platform issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading and risk reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to accounts, positions, or margin.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in financial markets or a trading-related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with MT4/MT5/cTrader Manager and Administrator.
• Proven experience in risk management.
• Understanding of best execution policies and dealing procedures.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and overnights.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 00:00, 00:00 – 08:00) on a weekly rotational basis.
