Senior Corporate Lawyer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Corporate Lawyer.

Salary:

• € 50,000 – 80,000 / year

Work arrangement:

• Based in Limassol

Main duties:

• Provide legal support on corporate matters, including constitutional documents, minutes, resolutions and powers of attorney.
• Draft, review and comment on share-purchase, subscription, option, loan and shareholder agreements.
• Attend court, sign affidavits and obtain orders for incorporations, capital reductions, late filings, mergers, re-domiciliations and related matters.
• Support the establishment and administration of trusts.
• Prepare immigration, citizenship and residency applications and coordinate with the relevant public authorities.
• Review transaction structures and legal documents from a Cyprus-law perspective.
• Advise on broader corporate, commercial and legal issues.

Requirements:

• University degree in Law.
• Qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in an administrative-service provider or law firm.
• Strong legal drafting capability.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills.
