Senior Client Accountant at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Client Accountant.

Salary:

– €30,000–€35,000 gross per year

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– Hybrid, based in Nicosia

Main duties:

– Manage day-to-day accounting for an assigned portfolio of local and international clients.

– Maintain complete bookkeeping records and prepare or review financial statements and management accounts in CaseWare.

– Communicate directly with clients to obtain information, resolve accounting matters and meet reporting deadlines.

– Handle multiple assignments independently and support complex matters with senior management.

– Contribute to improved departmental processes while maintaining confidentiality and responsive client service.

Requirements:

– Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.

– At least four years of relevant accounting experience; ACA, ACCA or CPA studies are advantageous.

– Sound IFRS knowledge together with practical Cyprus tax, VAT and payroll awareness.

– Strong Excel and accounting-software skills, analytical ability and excellent written and spoken English.
