Main duties:

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for an international client portfolio.

• Maintain records for investment-holding structures and liaise with banks, advisers and clients.

• Review corporate documentation and guide junior colleagues.

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline.

• ACA/ACCA qualification or advanced progress, with four to six years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, Excel and international structures.
