Senior Accountant — Larnaca

Salary: €1,750–€2,000

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for a Senior Accountant in Larnaca.

Main duties:

• Maintain and oversee accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Prepare and submit tax returns.
• Handle VAT calculations and compliance.
• Manage payroll processing and statutory obligations.
• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Assist with audits and compliance procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, semi-qualified ACCA or LCCI Higher.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong VAT and payroll knowledge.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
