SECURITY OFFICER – Paphos International Airport
CTC-ARI Airports Ltd, part of the ARI group, the Company managing the Travel Retail & Duty-Free shop operations at both Larnaca and Paphos International Airports, invites applications for the recruitment of a Security Officer, based at Paphos International Airport.
Role
To secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance equipment, and to investigate security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
Key Responsibilities
· Observe and oversee the sales area for avoidance of shoplifting and assist in the preservation of order in the shop.
· Monitor the operation of the shops through Closed Circuit TV Cameras to protect Company assets and interests
· Have the responsibility of monitoring and controlling the company’s security systems
o Open /Close Shops
o Supply staff with shop and office keys
· Investigate cash differences/discrepancies
· Escort staff when transferring goods from one shop to another
Requirements of the Role
· Very good command of the Greek and English languages
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills (word, excel, PowerPoint)
· High sense of confidentiality and responsibility
· Strong and pleasant personality, high integrity and sound judgement
· Previous experience in security duties and/or possession of a private security guard license issued by the Cyprus Police department will be considered an advantage
