As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a professional, organized, and motivated Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our office in Nicosia.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
* Welcome clients and visitors to the office.
* Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
* Prepare contracts, and other documents.
* Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and government authorities.
* Assist the team with daily administrative tasks.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or secretary role preferred.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Fluency in *English and Greek* is required.
