Scope and General Purpose

WireWallet is expanding its footprint with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and is seeking a Sales Specialist with extensive experience and strong relationships within the PSP sector.

You will play a key role in growing our Payments and IBAN business, working directly with PSPs, fintech intermediaries, and their merchant clients. This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional who understands the payments ecosystem and thrives on building lasting partnerships in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Payments and IBAN solutions to PSPs and their merchant networks.
  • Identify, engage, and close new PSP partnerships across global markets.
  • Leverage your existing PSP network to accelerate lead generation and business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams on targeted campaigns and strategic positioning.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach and needs assessment to negotiation, deal closure, and client onboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payment industry trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory developments.
  • Work closely with Operations and Compliance teams to ensure seamless implementation of client solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the PSP space.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the payments, fintech, or PSP sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in selling payments or fintech solutions to PSPs or financial intermediaries.
  • Strong network of industry contacts, including executives and decision-makers within the PSP ecosystem.
  • In-depth understanding of payment systems, compliance frameworks, and transaction processes.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing complex partnerships.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
