Scope and General Purpose

We are seeking a Sales Specialist with a strong background in the Forex industry to join the Sales Team at WireWallet. Your primary mission will be to expand WireWallet’s market presence by selling our Payments and IBAN solutions to global Forex brokers and related financial service providers. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy fintech environment, working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to build meaningful client relationships, drive new business, and achieve sales targets.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Forex clients across multiple international markets.
  • Promote and sell Payments and IBAN products, with opportunities to cross-sell into card issuing and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions.
  • Utilize your existing network within Forex firms, liquidity providers, and technology vendors to generate leads and close deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and keep abreast of industry developments.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and close deals aligned with WireWallet’s revenue and growth objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and KYC/AML requirements within the FX and payments sectors.
  • Represent WireWallet at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the brand and expand business connections.
  • Provide ongoing client support and relationship management to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the Forex, Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of Forex operations, IBAN structures, payment gateways, and financial regulations.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to close high-value B2B deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
